You should expect to receive your Bio-Lec Mobility Product within 2-3 working days.

You should check all products you receive against your order. If the products you receive are damaged or incorrectly supplied on delivery then you must inform us (by contacting Customer Service or email hello@biolecmobility.com) within 7 days of your delivery, or within 30 days if the goods are faulty – quoting your customer order number and the delivery note number.
