Delivery will be to the UK address specified in your order. If no one is available at a residential address at the time of delivery, a note will be left to advise whether your order has been left in a safe place e.g. with a neighbour, or returned to depot.

Unless otherwise stated, Oversize items are delivered to a ground floor location.

Free UK Delivery for most post codes within the UK. Some products may take up to 3-7 days to deliver depending on the product and stock availability. Some bespoke products and larger products may take longer and we will inform you accordingly. Please expect potential delays with dispatch and delivery during National & Bank Holidays. 

Please note: Some postal addresses in Northern Ireland, some offshore islands and some remote areas of Great Britain are not covered by our Standard Delivery Cost or Free Delivery. The additional delivery charge will be calculated during checkout based on the delivery postcode provided.

Urgent Next Day Delivery orders can be arranged for an additional carriage cost. For details, please contact Customer Service.

Under normal circumstances all goods on your order will be despatched in full within 24 hours. If an item is out of stock we will advise you by email or phone and endeavour to supply the item as soon as possible. Alternatively, we may supply a near equivalent item or ask you to re-order. If you have any queries on the above do not hesitate to contact Customer Service.

All risk in the products you order (including risk of loss and/or damage to the products) shall pass to you when they are delivered to the delivery address specified in your order.

Notice of damage, defect, non-delivery, or incorrect delivery

You should check all products you receive against your order. If the products you receive are damaged or incorrectly supplied on delivery then you must inform us (by contacting Customer Service by phone or email) within 7 days of your delivery, or within 30 days if the goods are faulty – quoting your customer order number and the delivery note number.

We reserve the right to inspect any product reported as faulty before refund or replacement.

Refunds Policy 

You have a 14-day window to return unused products that are still in their original packaging and receive a full refund.

Our returns procedure allows you to unpack and inspect the product to ensure it meets your expectations. Please handle the product with care and keep all original packaging intact, as any damage may affect your entitlement to a full refund. If the product has been used or installed, resale may not be possible. We reserve the right to issue a partial refund or charge for any depreciation in value due to handling. A minimum restocking fee of 15% will be applied to all orders. We may request images of the product before authorising its return. Upon receiving the unused product in its original packaging, a full refund will be processed within 7 days after successful quality checks, necessary packaging.  We reserve the right to charge for the repair or replacement of any product(s) or packaging.

Please note that we cannot accept returns for product(s) that have been specially adapted to meet your specific requirements or for products that may violate Health & Safety regulations if used, such as incontinence, bathroom, or toilet products. A refund can only be issued if the product(s) arrive faulty, damaged, or incorrect. For incontinence products, a refund is possible only if you haven’t opened the outer packaging/wrapping.

How to Return

Returns can be initiated either by post (arranged by you) or through our collection service. If your product(s) were delivered via standard or next-day courier service and you require us to collect it for a return, you will incur one of the charges listed below.

Our straightforward 3-step process:

  1. Self-Arranged Return: Arrange a signed return delivery back to Bio-Lec Mobility at your own expense. Please ensure you retain proof of delivery.

    OR

    Bio-Lec Mobility Arranged Return: We can schedule a collection at a convenient date for you. Please note that collection fees apply (see below).

  2. Email to Notify Us: Inform us of your intention to return your item(s) and specify how you plan to return them (self-arranged or through Bio-Lec Mobility collection).  Email: hello@biolecmobility.com

  3. Return Completion: Once we receive the goods, we will process your refund within 7 days.

Returning Made-to-Order Products: Certain mobility aids, such as specific adjustable beds and riser recliners, are crafted to order based on your specifications. These items cannot be returned for a refund unless they arrive faulty, damaged, or incorrect. If your Made-to-Order item exhibits damage or faults upon arrival, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us promptly so we can initiate your return process. Please note that cancellations or modifications are not possible after the 48-hour cooling-off period.
