These ferrules have a 25mm (2.5 cm) internal diameter. To confirm compatibility, measure the outer diameter of your walking stick, crutch, or Zimmer frame tube. If it measures approximately 22–25 mm, these will fit. The 25mm size is the most common standard for UK crutches and walking frames.
Each pack contains 4 individual ferrules (2 complete sets). This is enough to replace the tips on a pair of crutches or two walking sticks, with no need to order separately for left and right.
Simply push the rubber ferrule firmly onto the end of your crutch, cane, or frame tube until it is fully seated. No adhesive or tools are required. If the ferrule feels stiff, warm it briefly in warm water to soften the rubber before fitting.
Replace your ferrules as soon as you notice cracks, significant wear to the tread, or reduced grip. For daily users, this is typically every 3–6 months. Worn ferrules increase slip risk — especially on wet floors — so regular inspection is important for safe use.
