I bought a mobiwalk all terrain rollator, which is meant for bigger people than me as I’m only 5ft 2ins in height this rollator would also suit people over 6ft height, i am very impressed with the sales team at Bio-Lec Mobility they go over and above to help in any way that they can I bought a used rollator, when I opened it I was so impressed and pleased as it looked brand new and as if it was a new one, the only problem was a faulty zip on the bag which they are going to send me a new bag for it. I was told delivery would be on the Monday but got word that it was coming on the Saturday so very fast delivery I would definitely deal with this company again. Just wish it would come with 2 stick/crutch holders as I use two. It is so easy to contact them if you need to and you always get a reply they are so nice and respectful very curtious 5* service

Placing the order was easy. Delivery was quick. The rollator is ideal for my husband as it is sturdy and easy to maneuver. The bigger wheels are ideal for our walks in the countryside and the beach. I am very pleased with the purchase.
It is obvious that a lot of thought went into the design of the MobiWalk rollator, it suits me standing at 6′ 5″.
But, the handles are far from right, they are difficult to hold. To fit a person’s extended fist without bending a wrist, they need to be at 45 degrees from the horizontal towards the ground and at 45 degrees on the outsides. All rollators need to be like this, it is simple ergonomics.
The contours and surfaces of the handles are uncomfortable, and accordingly gloves will need to worn.
Overall, the build quality is very good and sustainable. However, the two vertical tubes are loose in the bottom socket. I have used an Allen key in an attempt to tighten the single bolt on each socket, but to no avail. Two bolts are required through both sockets and tubes, they are stress points. Currently a thin shims can be inserted in the gaps the tubes and the sockets to stop movement.
The MobiWalk is heavy to walk with and there is a tendency for it to veer to the right, it also zig zags.
The seat is exceedingly comfortable and a God send.

Better than expected
Item was too big for me (my fault) but received excellent customer service and the walker looks great
I’ve had my MobiWalk for two weeks now and it’s absolutely brilliant. I walk daily through my local parks (lots of roots and uneven paths) and the pneumatic tyres handle everything without the jarring. The brakes feel reassuring, and I actually look forward to my walks again.
