I turned the handle inwards facing due to proximity of my wall. It fits perfectly and has been really useful for showering following hip surgery.
When it arrived I thought some parts were missing. I sent an email to the company and they responded quickly explaining where the parts were and linking me to a video showing how to assemble it. The extra wall handle and back scrubber were also very good.

Great, buy, it’s very sturdy and safe to sit on. I’m full figured and it feels very safe uncomfortable to use over the bath tub.
