What our community says

Loved by 30,000+ customers

Engineered for real-life mobility

Built around the way people actually live — independence in every detail.

Everything runs from one button. The cuff inflates and deflates on its own, so there is no bulb to squeeze, no stethoscope and no technique to get right before the numbers mean anything.

The large LCD shows systolic, diastolic and pulse together on a single screen. There is nothing to scroll through and nothing to interpret from a dial, which makes it practical for someone taking their own readings without help.

Measurement is oscillometric, reading pressure oscillations in the artery through the cuff. The range runs from 30 mmHg to 280 mmHg, with a stated pressure accuracy of ±3 mmHg and pulse accuracy of ±5%.

The monitor keeps 199 sets of readings. That is enough to build a picture over months rather than days, which is what a clinician will usually want to see at an appointment.

More freedom.
More confidence.

Questions, answered honestly

Everything you might be wondering

Can't find what you're looking for? We're happy to help.

Q: Do I need any training to use this monitor?
A: No. The cuff inflates and deflates automatically and the whole measurement runs from a single button, so there is no bulb to squeeze and no stethoscope technique to learn.
Q: How should I sit when taking a reading?
A: Rest for around five minutes first. Sit with your back supported and both feet flat on the floor, and rest your arm on a table so the cuff sits level with your heart. Stay still and do not talk while the measurement is running.
Q: How many readings does it store?
A: It holds 199 sets of readings, which is enough to build a record over several months and take the history with you to an appointment.
Q: Why do my readings vary between measurements?
A: Blood pressure naturally changes through the day and in response to activity, caffeine, food and stress. Take readings at the same time of day under the same conditions, and look at the trend rather than any single number.
Q: What power does it need?
A: It runs on 4 x 1.5V AA batteries and shows a low battery indication when the cells need replacing. It also switches itself off automatically after use.
