The clips holding the brake cables were fitted to the wrong upright. Instruction book needed a magnifier.
Product was delivered on time and was exactly as described.
There was a problem with damage to the seat pad,most likely caused during delivery.
Contacted customer service who dealt with it straight away and arranged delivery of a replacement which arrived 2 days later.
Overall a great product but equally as important superb customer service.
I would highly recommend this company.
Fantastic purchase for my mum. She can now get around easily and has storage in the seat for items rather than carrying them. Game changer for her as she has become less mobile.
