For many years, the Quintal Banana Board has been utilized in patient manual handling. Its unique boomerang shape enables side-to-side transfers, whether they are unassisted or assisted seated transfers.

It’s important to note that the Quintal Banana Board is not intended for lifting purposes but rather for seated patient transfers across gaps that are no wider than the inside of the anti-slip pads. These boards feature a single hand hold that aids in positioning and transport. They facilitate low friction movement, promoting independence for individual use.
