The massager can be used in two positions. Held in the hands, you guide the pressure yourself and can move it along the shoulders. Fastened with the adjustable strap, it rests hands-free on the neck and shoulders while you sit.

Two contoured heads do the work: the upper head is curved to wrap around the back of the neck, while the lower head is shaped like a thumb to press along the shoulders and upper back.

A full charge gives around 70 minutes of cordless use, so the massager can be moved between the sofa, a desk and an armchair without staying near a socket.

Warmth comes from a dual-zone heating system with two selectable levels. Because both zones sit close to the skin, the warming stays consistent across the contact area rather than alternating between hot and cool patches.
