Brought this because of my lower back pain and it’s been a game changer. No more struggling to sit down or get off the toilet. It’s sturdy, supportive, and super easy to put together. Wish I’d got it sooner!
It didn’t quite fit the loo in my main bathroom, but it is perfect in my en suite, so the shape of your loo may affect the fit. Cleaning the loo is a bit more challenging, but that is acceptable. The comfort it affords is worth it. My husband fitted it, and there was no swearing so I assume it went well.

This is a really good product it’s made a huge difference to me as I have back and knee problems it’s simple to put on takes few minutes good strong quality the company are extremely helpful and quick to answer any questions and the seat is very comfortable I wish I’d bought one ages ago any one with knee problems this is the one to buy
Just received and set this up for my elderly mother. It is brilliant! I didn’t want one that had legs on either side as it just creates another trip hazard for my mother whose balance is now very dodgey. So I was delighted to find this seat and ordered it straight away. I was concerned that I hadn’t measured the toilet itself before ordering but when it arrived and wouldn’t sit properly on the actual toilet seat, the problem was solved just by securing it to the main toilet bowel. The original seat was lifted up and secured into the lid both of which sit upright permanently now behind the new raised seat. I have used an old towel to wrap around these parts so that mum can lean back against it if she wants to. The new seat is secure and the handles provide a necessary support. So far all is good with this product, I will see over the next few months if the lock at the front loosens with use, but I am really hoping it won’t.
