The compressor produces an atomisation rate of 0.2 ml per minute at an atomised particle diameter of 5 µm or less. Particle size is the specification that matters most in a nebuliser, because it determines how far into the airway the mist can travel.

The medication cup takes anything from 0.5 ml to 8 ml, so a small single dose and a larger prescribed volume both run without stopping to refill part-way through.

The unit runs from a standard AC 220V 50 Hz supply, which is the UAE mains standard, drawing 130 VA with a working pressure range of 60–130 kPa.

At 200 x 150 x 110 mm and 1.5 kg it sits on a bedside table or shelf and is light enough to carry between rooms. Operating noise is around 65 dB, roughly the level of ordinary conversation.
