How tracking works
We keep things simple. Here’s what happens once your order is on its way.
Your order is checked and packed by our team, usually within one working day of being placed.
We hand your parcel to a trusted UK courier and email you a tracking number the moment it’s dispatched.
Most in-stock orders arrive within 2–5 working days, right to the comfort of your home.
Tracking questions
Your order number can be found in your order confirmation email and will look something like Order ID #39652. If you can’t locate it, simply contact our team with the email address used to place the order, and we’ll be happy to look it up for you.
It can take up to 24 hours after dispatch for the courier’s first scan to appear, and updates may pause overnight or at weekends. If nothing changes for more than two working days, please get in touch.
Most in-stock orders arrive within 2–5 working days from dispatch. Larger mobility items may be sent on a dedicated courier service — your estimated delivery date above always shows the latest expected arrival.
Once your order has been dispatched, you can track it using the tracking number provided. Most couriers allow you to leave delivery instructions, choose a safe place, or reschedule your delivery through their tracking portal.
